Panagiotis Adam is acclaimed for his work as both a stage director and performer. As a stage director, Mr. Adam’s many credits include Offenbach’s La belle Hélène, Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro, Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, Puccini’s Madama ButterflyAfter a Dream (a stage composition on folk poetry), and Glass Wells (a performance installation). As a performer, he has appeared a number of productions including Euripides’ Alcestis, Ionesco’s The Killing Game, Gazzo’s A Hatful of Rain, Korres’ Midas has Donkey Ears, and Aristophanes’ The Acharnians. A highly skilled and experienced sculptor, he has also collaborated with the scenic designers G. Ziakas, G. Patsas, A. Dagklidis, E. Nathena, L. Pezanou, and A. Vettas, and the painter A. Fasianos.

Mr. Adam has worked with the Art Theatre Karolos Koun, the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, the National Theatre of Northern Greece, DI.PE.THE Roumelis, The Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, the Avlaia Theater, the Piraeus Municipal Theater, the Vault Theater, the Olvio Theater, and many other producing organizations.
Mr. Adam is also a sought-after teacher of acting and melodrama. In addition to his work at The Musical Horizons Conservatory, he collaborates with the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata, Ionian University, the Orfeio Conservatory of Athens, and at vocal masterclasses with Aris Christofellis, Christina Giannakoupoulou, Charikleia Gklavopoulou, and Dwight Coleman.

A native of Athens, Greece, Mr. Adam is a graduate of the Art Theatre Karolos Koun drama school. He studied drawing at the school of Thanassis Papiotis, scenography at the School of I.A.S., and has apprenticed with Tina Parali (sculpture - theatrical constructions) and George Matsakari (Alexander Technique). He also studied piano at the National Conservatory of Athens and the New Conservatory of Thessaloniki.
